Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until you get a homogeneous dough. You may need more flour, we recommend adding a tablespoon at a time to ensure your dough isn’t too dry, a little sticky is fine. Cover with a plastic wrap or cloth let it rest for an hour or two.
Flour the surface you will be working on and roll out the dough until you get a 1/2 cm thick sheet as seen in pictures.
Use a knife, pizza cutter, or a pastry wheel cutter (which tends to give beautiful lines)to cut out a diamond shape or different shapes (have fun with it) then fry them until golden brown.
